PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION
Leveraging over 25 years of program management and execution experience, we can help you to ensure the success of your program. Our experience is made up of years at increasing levels of responsibility including Project Engineer, Program Manager and Vice President. BUSINESS/FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Having managed small, large and huge programs for over 25 years, the responsibility has often included business and financial management. Working closely with and for the Business/Financial management, we have gained much experience in business/financial performance. It includes monitoring key metrics to ensure program success, developing business/financial plans for weekly/monthly and annual performance goals, and even developing short term and long term business performance goals. Our experience include the implementation of EVMS (Earned Value Management Systems), developing the right cost and schedule performance metrics and helping to plans for capital investments. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Our programs’ success often depends on the Business Development relationships that we establish when we work to capture, execute and grow them. With over 25 years of experience in a business development role, we have gained experiences for both domestic and international programs. With much time spent on Capitol Hill, in the Pentagon and with all of the armed services leadership, we learned that fostering good working relationships with your customers, staffers and Government representatives is key to your program’s success. Over the years we have built long standing trusting relationships with officials in the US and across the globe which we can leverage to make your programs successful.
STRATEGIC PLANNING- NEAR TERM AND LONG TERM
Having spent many years developing strategic roadmaps and plans for numerous companies, we are experienced in doing strategic planning for either near term or long term objectives. Our experience in the A&D fields has allowed us to work closely with numerous industry partners and government agencies to develop and implement strategic roadmaps/plans for specific program and portfolios. If you are looking for a near term plan (1-5 years) or a long term plan (5-20 years), we can help you plan for the future and help position your company for future success. ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
Our 35+ years of industry experience included many years in the Engineering discipline where we worked to develop solutions to complex problems. Having worked as a Technical Project Engineer on various programs, we can help you find solutions in metallic and non-metallic areas with an emphasis on composite materials and structures. Our experience ranges from metallic and non metallic structures for commercial airliners, missile systems and unmanned systems to design efforts for large unmanned platforms to include composites, electrical systems, avionics, communication systems and sensors integration. Having worked many programs from Day 1 to their delivery and sustainment activities, we can help you with your engineering and technical issues no matter what phase of the program you are in. MANUFACTURING AND OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
We spent many years working in the Manufacturing and Operations areas for various A&D companies. Our expertise includes working closely with the Design groups to ensure that the product being designed is designed for an ease of manufacturing and assembly (DFMA). Offering inputs early in the design process can help with product's manufacturing operations and the eventual life cycle costs. We have worked to develop cost effective manufacturing and tooling methods and led integrated product teams as the designs migrated into the manufacturing phase. RISK AND OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT
As you work your program or project, you will encounter opportunities that you need to explore. Some may be considered risks and others may be opportunities.
